HomeDepot - STAY AWAY

I have been shopping almost exclusively at Lowe's since I began renovating my house several years ago. And today, I was reminded why. My washer and dryer arrived three hours after the time frame I was promised. They were unloaded in my garage and then reloaded onto the delivery truck. Why? The delivery person lost the screws to assemble the machines. He unpacked the box in my street and in the dark (9 p.m.). Never again.
